How to Request a Return or Exchange
You have 30 days from the date your item arrives to reach out. Just email us at hello@pearlsparkpages.com with:
- Your name and email address
- Your order number
- A quick note on what’s not working
- Whether you’d prefer a refund or an exchange
Once we’ve confirmed the return, send the item back in its original, unused condition—we’ll take it from there.
A Few Things to Know
We’re transparent and fair, so here’s the fine-ish print:
- Refunds apply to physical products only (our digital journals or PDF downloads are non-refundable).
- Returns must be approved before sending anything back—please wait for confirmation from our team.
- We may ask for a photo or more context about your return to help us improve.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Items must be unopened and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. If you’ve journalled in it, dog-eared a page, or there’s visible wear, we can’t accept it unless there’s a defect.
- Return shipping is your responsibility. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.
Shipping Your Return
To protect your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt or tracking number. We can’t process your refund or exchange if your return goes missing in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or send out your replacement. Timing on exchanges depends on your location.
