Because confidence comes from consistent practice, the guarantee applies only if the journal has been completed as designed (90 days of use).

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange
For standard returns (not the 90-Day Confidence Guarantee), we’ll ask you to send the item back in its original, unused condition. Once received, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Important Notes
We’re all about clarity, so here’s what to know:

Refunds apply to physical products only. Digital journals or PDF downloads are non-refundable.

Returns must be approved before sending anything back—please wait for confirmation from our team.

We will ask for a photo/video or context about your return to help us improve.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return shipping is your responsibility. We can provide a discounted label on request, with the cost deducted from your refund.
Shipping Your Return
For peace of mind, use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt or tracking number. We can’t process a refund if your return goes missing in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return (or confirm eligibility for the 90-Day Confidence Guarantee), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
