For the last two years, the biggest theme in my professional life has been community. It seems like there’s an in-person or virtual community for everything now, and I’m absolutely here for it!

Canadian Women's Chamber of Commerce
The CanWCC, Canadian Women's Chamber of Commerce, is the first and only chamber of its kind, and I was excited to come across the community earlier in the fall. Made up of close to 500 women in business, the chamber advocates at all levels of government for issues like access to capital, supplier diversity, childcare, and wage equity to create a fairer business environment.
Their specific gift guide, featuring products from their members, does double-duty: in addition to supporting women-owned businesses, some of these organizations also have it within their mission to advocate for economic equity.

If you know me, you know that The Entreprenista League has been an absolute catalyst for both me and for my business. It wasn’t just my best business decision of 2024, but it was literally my entirely best overall decision of 2024!

Another Canadian one to add to the list! Giiftii is an AI-powered gifting and wish list platform that helps people give and receive gifts that they genuinely want that launched earlier this year.

Lioness Inspiring Journals for Productivity and Reflection
I LOVE how Lioness, the digital magazine for the female entrepreneur, dedicated an entire holiday roundup specifically to journals!
They noted in their piece how the holidays can be an especially hectic time for women business owners, so whether you're looking for a journal around productivity and planning, or you're looking for one around mindfulness and self-reflection, there's a journal for business owners here that will support you in their list of the Top 12 Inspiring Journals for Productivity and Reflection.
Nora Magazine Holiday Gift Edit
As a female founder myself (duh), how awesome is it to have a magazine that’s created specially for us?! Earlier this year, I watched Lena Gosik-Wolfe create Nora Magazine, a magazine for women entrepreneurs, celebrating their stories, sharing their purpose and passions, and highlighting how they’re creating change in their communities.
I love when the latest issue drops into my inbox and the Nora Magazine Holiday Gift Edit is no different.
Lena has poured so much passion into this magazine and her gift selection is 👌. Count me in for a pink glitter barbell pad (I don’t currently have access to barbells, but that can be figured out), the gold pearl earrings (so on brand), and I’m totally needing a new bedding set so I'll skip the big box brands this year and try an up-and-coming brand!
LOVE that I can support women building their businesses while getting the goods that I need!
Toronto Female Founders Holiday Gift Guide
Brand new for 2025, the Toronto Female Founders Holiday Gift Guide was a labour of love between myself and the ever-talented Daniela Velarde of Hello Collective (who created this site that you’re on right now!).
With her design skills and my copy crafting, we wanted to highlight the amazing group of female founders that we know here in our hometown of Toronto, Ontario.
These Canadian-owned, female founded companies are making their mark, but have yet to be fully discovered by the world-at-large, so it’s exciting to be able to share these soon-to-be household brand names.
