Top Events for Female Founders in 2026

The Top Female Founders Events in 2026 Across Canada & the USA

Connecting with other women entrepreneurs at IRL events is one of my favourite things to do. On a typical week, you’ll find me at one or two in-person business events for female founders here in Toronto.

Beyond having a reason to get away from a screen and out of sweatpants, as we know as women entrepreneurs, our network is our net worth.

I just started reading Rich Relationships by Selena Soo, and I love how the book opens with the line “One rich relationship is more valuable than 100 casual connections,” and in-person events create the opportunity to go way deeper than you can on Zoom and create those meaningful connections that will propel your business forward.

One of the things on my 2026 vision board is to be able to attend any and every women entrepreneur event I want to across Canada and the USA (working on it!). So I thought I’d share the best 2026 female entrepreneur conferences to attend. I’m talking about the ones you’re willing to purchase a plane ticket and book a hotel room for. The ones that are hosted by the women whose books you’ve read and whose podcasts you’ve listened to.

Enjoy this list full of 2026 women founder conferences you’ll want to add to your calendar.

Must-Attend Women Entrepreneur Events 2026

February

Unicorn CEO Summit
Hosted by CEO School
February 19 - 20
Orlando, FL

Suneera Madhani’s CEO School podcast has been on my playlist for years - she’s built a $1 billion (with a B!) company so yeah, she’s an incredible example to learn from and no doubt she’s going to curate an incredible room of women who will uplevel your founder journey and growth.

Limited to 250 women, the Unicorn CEO Summit is where Suneera will share the frameworks that helped lead to her success - figuring out your stuck points, how to delegate, and attract investor attention.

Some of the names on the speaker lineup that pique my attention include:

  • Kim Perell who’s going to speak about scaling, selling and building businesses that exit big (definitely something at the forefront of my mind right now)
  • Alli Webb sharing about her $250M Drybar exit
  • Dr. Romie Mushtaq unpacking how the nervous system can get in the way of hitting your next level (again, something I was hugely focused on in 2025!)
  • Excited that my friend Rajinder Rai will be on a panel speaking to what success actually costs in terms of our health

I just came across this one recently, so it wasn’t on my bingo card for 2026, but even just writing about it makes me want to figure out how I could make this one possible along with pretty much every other event on this list 😉

March

Female Founders Day
Hosted by Female Founders Collective
March 5
New York, NY

I love that I can take a quick one-hour flight to New York from Toronto the night before Female Founders Day and maybe even get home before bedtime, depending on the day’s full schedule which as of writing this is still TBC.

This year’s one-day event has the theme of ‘metamorphosis’, supporting you through their founder stages of evolution: build, become, breakthrough

(Ooooh as a journal girl who’s all about helping women entrepreneurs transform self-doubt into bold self-belief, I gotta call out that there’s one ‘B’ missing - belief. Without bold self-belief that you can and are capable of creating your dream business, and actively leaning into that belief every single day, the building stage can’t even begin!)

Different Learning Tracks Include:

  • How to lead and grow your team ➡️ this was my biggest theme of Q4 so definitely excited to learn how to uplevel in this area
  • How to fund your business and plan financially ➡️ started getting into this after attending last year’s Pink Skirt Project (more to come on that event further down), and could definitely afford to tap back in
  • Ops & SOPs ➡️ they were the bane of my existence when I worked in corporate, and now they’re one of my favourite things to implement in business. Fun fact: I learned that every time you add a new system to your business, you increase its value, hence why I’ve become such a big fan! 💰

On the event website, it notes that this is the year that you emerge and I love that for me. My 2025 word of the year was rebirth so 2026 is the perfect year for me to emerge with Pearl Spark Pages.

This is one of those women entrepreneur events where I feel like I’m going to be less interested in the speakers and more interested in the women I’ll be connecting with in the audience! Don’t get me wrong, they’ve got a great lineup so far with women like Danessa Myricks and my intuition tells me a lot of the magic will come from who I might be sitting next to at lunch, in a workshop or standing in line with while grabbing a coffee.

High Vibe Women 🍁
Hosted by High Vibe Women
March 7
Burlington, Ontario, Canada

Maria Tassi and Kristina Bartold from High Vibe Women really do pull in the most energetic, connected, caring women across Canada who truly embody that a rising tide lifts all boats. After having met amazing Canadian women at masterminds and conferences that were based in the US, they wanted to create something here at home that wouldn’t require a passport to meet like-minded women. Enter their twice-a-year High Vibe Women event.

This truly was a life-changing event for me in October 2024 (literally, I decided to change careers that day) and it was the first time I’d connected with a bunch of women I’d met online in-person. The room was all hugs and high energy, and their upcoming event at the Pearle Hotel (lah-dee-dah!) is sure to be no different.

Who to Look Forward to at High Vibe Women

Of course there are going to be multiple speakers throughout the day (last time they did podcast recordings in breakout rooms!) and there are two names that especially stand out to me for the March event:

  • A few months ago I met Liat Horovitz, results coach and founder of Revival Retreats, at Erapreneur’s launch party and she’s someone I’m totally interested in getting to know better! She’ll be hosting a networking activity at the event.
  • Vanessa Bowen is a money coach who’s been in my orbit probably for more than six years! She is all about profit, not just revenue. I’ve worked with her 1:1 and in a group setting and her energy and kindness and compassion are just absolutely off-the-chart. Anyone who gets to learn from her is incredibly lucky so her workshop is sure to be fire 🔥.

It feels good to be around women who get it and the women I met at this event have been cheerleaders in the background and supporters during difficult moments.

Definitely get into this room who’ll support you along your entrepreneur journey!

April

Founders Weekend
Hosted by The Entreprenista League
April 30 - May 2
Palm Beach, FL

This is the one that I’m counting down to the MOST!

Anyone who’s heard me rave about community knows that I consider The Entreprenista League to be my HOME. It’s the original women entrepreneur group that helped me find and connect with other top female founder communities.

The theme for Founders Weekend is Wealth & Wellness inviting you to take care of both your business and yourself. I went to their 2024 event, shortly after joining their membership, and I made the best relationships that still live on today, got coached by one of my biggest business mentors, and took lessons from workshops that I’m still putting into practice to this day! And of course, Stephanie Cartin and Courtney Spritzer, the co-founders of Entreprenista, make sure it’s luxury all the way so I’ll be looking forward to a business vacation in Palm Beach for a few days.

What I’m Looking Forward To at Founders Weekend:

  • I’m really excited to hear on-stage presenters Hayley Paige (almost got one of her gowns for my wedding!) and Jessica Zweig (one of my biggest inspirations)
  • Tracy Litt being the event emcee (I love her content around identity and ways of being/evolving)
  • The underrated moments - some of the best connections and conversations at the 2024 event were hanging out by the pool, in the hallways, at the hotel bar for post-conference drinks or during breakfast. Sometimes I’m tempted to stay offsite to save a few bucks, but these micro-moments can be some of the most magical ones, making it a bit more bearable to pay a resort fee for amenities you probably won’t have time to use LOL

Creating and deepening relationships from this IRL event truly springboarded and supported the birth of Pearl Spark Pages in 2025. These friendships that I’d made led to women being invested in the success of our launch, and I know they’re the ones who’ll continue to support me as I grow this business, so there’s no way I’d miss this event.

Fun fact: I missed one of my high school friend’s wedding to make it to the 2024 event and while I was bummed to miss her big day, making my way to this conference still stands as the right choice to have made!

July

The Pink Skirt Project 🍁
Hosted by The Pink Skirt
July 9 - 10
Kelowna, BC

Happening for the second year, The Pink Skirt Project is hosted by Renee Warren and Anita Guerini and yes, you can easily identify every woman on her way to the event! Leaving my hotel room to head toward the venue last year, I hadn’t even made it beyond the elevator when I met women in pink skirts and became instant friends.

While the 2026 event lineup is yet to be released, the 2025 event was LIT. Last year’s speakers included Jillian Harris of THE infamous Jilly Box, Lori Harder, Dan Martell, Anna Lozano (I’m obsessed with her new-ish podcast, The Prosperity Playground), and the list goes on.

It was personally a meaningful event for me because it was the first time I saw women interact with the Female Founders Journal. We contributed copies to the VIP Gift Bags and I got to see women react to the stunning book (if I may say so myself!) and it was a total highlight for me to see Lori Harder share it in an Instagram story a few weeks later because she’d actually been using it! 😍

My Biggest Takeaways:

Of course the 2026 event will have fresh programming, and I love that after last summer’s event I am still using and applying the incredible content that was shared with us:

  • Callan Faulkner’s AI tips and prompt strategies are still saved in my phone and used regularly
  • Kirsten Mark had THE MOST inspiring story of overcoming and triumph - she’s an incredible example of what’s possible when you commit to persevering
  • Chandler Bolt and Dan Martell were both speakers at the event and I loved their content, but what’s interesting is after the event I dived into their YouTube content when I was onboarding a new marketing assistant and their systems made a WORLD of difference for me - I’m so glad I got introduced to them through the event.

What’s going to be super fun is that the event is moving from a one-day to a two-day event this year, promising for deeper connection and more opportunities to learn and grow.

I’ll never hear Sia’s Unstoppable without thinking back to the Pink Skirt Project and being in beautiful Kelowna, BC!

August

Powerhouse Women
Hosted by Powerhouse Women
August 14 - 16
Scottsdale, AZ

The FOMO was SO REAL when I missed Powerhouse Women in 2025 - my Toronto friends who attended the event absolutely raved about it!

I very briefly met event host Lindsey Marie briefly in 2019 in Arizona at a different event, and I remember being struck by her genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and quite frankly, wicked sense of style. I definitely asked her where she got her outfit from.

Her podcast series on shifting identity really resonated with me and as I listened to it I knew that I’d want to be in the room for her next event.

What I’m Looking Forward To:

  • Let’s start with the PJ and Prosecco Party - a female founder hangout in cute PJs and slippers instead of heels? YES I am SO in! 🥂
  • The event looks like it’s going to be a mix of fun networking and masterminding, with a focus on connection on day one, and business strategy on day two
  • High-quality conversations - something Lindsey was super smart to do was release parts of the event as podcast episodes and I’ve really enjoyed listening in so being there for the in-person energy with like-minded women will be fantastic!

In the past her speaker lineups have been off the charts so I’m sure when the 2026 lineup is announced it’ll be full of women who will leave you energized and inspired, feeling that the success you want to create is truly possible for you too.

September

Create & Cultivate
Hosted by Create & Cultivate
September 19 - 20
Los Angeles, CA

I practically had to stay off of Instagram last year when Create & Cultivate happened because I was so bummed not to be there! This one is different from all the others because it’s less women founders conference and more Coachella for female founders. Yes, there are keynotes and workshops, but there’s also CIARA and DOECHII and I don’t know any other conferences that have a full-on concert going down at the same time as business building.

Cool Experiences for Attendees Include:

  • Matching program so that you can have 1:1 connections on-site with the right people for you to meet, based on your goals
  • Wellness Den for breathwork and other wellness activities
Refresh lounges for beauty touch ups 💄
  • I love that this event has founders, yes, but also creators and individuals outside of the traditional product/service space for different perspectives

Hosts Jaclyn Johnson and Marina Middleton haven’t just pulled together hundreds of women for this event, they’ve pulled together thousands. To be specific, last year’s event had more than 4,000 attendees, 150 speakers and four stages so pretty much every female founder was in LA for that one weekend and in 2026 I totally need to be there too!

The Wrap Up
